What would the department see?
Proposed department reporting would use summary information, without individual health details. Consent, record access, reporting measures and small-group safeguards still need to be defined. Reporting would cover only activity Stage Zero can verify.
What would the program cost?
Stage Zero program fees are separate from screening costs and would be agreed before launch. Some preventive precision screenings may cost $0; out-of-pocket costs depend on the health plan, test, eligibility and provider. Read about preventive care coverage.
