Privacy
We collect only the information you submit through this site (such as your name, work email, and company when requesting a demo or downloading a resource) and standard, privacy-respecting analytics. We use it solely to respond to your request and, if you opt in, to send occasional relevant updates. We do not sell personal information. Health information collected within the Stage Zero program (separate from this website) is handled under HIPAA-grade controls, encrypted at rest and in transit, and is never shared with employers in identifiable form.

HIPAA
Stage Zero Health provides services to group health plans and plan sponsors and, in those engagements, executes Business Associate Agreements and operates under HIPAA's Privacy and Security Rules. Protected health information is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM envelope encryption) and in transit, access is role-scoped and logged, and employers receive only de-identified, population-level reporting. A detailed security overview is available to prospective customers under NDA.
